Data we collect

We only collect the information you enter in the contact form:

• your name and email address;
• your company, phone number and intended plan or budget, if you choose to provide them;
• the description of your project.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to send you a quote. The processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or used for marketing.

Recipients

Your information is sent by email to MYweb Agence only. It passes through our technical providers: the website host (Vercel Inc., United States) and our email provider. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Your information is kept for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It may use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement tool that collects no data that could identify you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact.myweb.agence@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
